Auzzies quackers is a small microenterprise duck egg business run by Austin "Auzzie" Anderson. Still in it's beginning stages, Austin's business has a total of 8 ducks, 4 female and 4 male, with only one female laying at this point. Auzzies quackers spend their days roaming the green pastures of the farm, eating grass, bugs and GMO, corn and soy free grain. Ancona Ducks are considered rare (critical status) by the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy. Austin's business is not only bring fresh delicious eggs to our local market but she is helping conserve this breed of endangered birds. The beautiful blue duck eggs are very tasty and popular. At this point until around June of 2017, there will be a limited number of duck eggs available. Austin is 13 and is involved in girls basketball and 4-H pigs, as well as her horse, Laredo.
